Summary
After patrolling the galaxy, Hal Jordan, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, streaks toward Earth and the neon lights of Las Vegas. When the brightest city on the planet suddenly goes dark, Hal sees that the evil Dr. Light is the source of the blackout. Hal must put an end to this light king's reign, or it'll be lights out for him as well
